I usually need two weeks' notice for a custom order, though it depends on what you're after. Shorter notice is sometimes possible and may carry a fee, again depending on the scale of the order. Weekends book up, so if you already know your date, send it over — your 50% deposit is due a week before, and that's also the last point I can change a design.

Basic cakes start at $50 for a 4-inch mini, $80 for a 6-inch, $95 for an 8-inch and $115 for a 10-inch. Custom designed cakes start at $130 for a 6-inch, $150 for an 8-inch and $190 for a 10-inch, and go up with design complexity. Cupcakes are $36 a dozen basic, from $40 a dozen custom. A 50% deposit is due a week before your order is due, and I don't start work until it's paid. Final payment is due at pickup. I take cash, Venmo (@cohocakeco) or PayPal — if you need to pay another way, just ask and we'll sort something out.

Pickup in Tumwater is preferred — we arrange a time that works for you. I can deliver for a fee: $15 within 5 miles, $20 within 10 miles, $30 within 20 miles.

Adjustments can be made up to one week before your order is due. If you cancel a week or less before, the deposit is not refundable — by that point the ingredients are bought and the date is held for you.

Chocolate, vanilla, confetti, classic yellow, lemon velvet, red velvet, strawberry and carrot. Fillings include salted caramel, whipped peanut butter, raspberry jam, and white or milk chocolate ganache. Developing new flavours is my favourite part, so if you have something in mind that is not listed, ask.

Minimum of 15 macarons per flavour. Party favour boxes have a minimum of 15 boxes, cupcakes a minimum of 12, and cookies a minimum of one dozen. Macaron towers start at 30 for $90 — the full range is on the Macarons & Cookies page.

Ten year-round flavours — strawberry ice cream bar, blackberry lemon, key lime pie, white chocolate raspberry, s'mores, vanilla bourbon, salted caramel, toasted coconut, Nutella and Fruity Pebbles — plus seasonals that rotate through the year. If you want something that isn't listed, ask.

Bring it. Inspiration photos, your invitation, a paint chip, a fabric swatch — all useful. I'll interpret it rather than copy another baker outright, and the result will suit your event better for it.

I cannot guarantee allergen free foods. I use flour and egg and nuts in my kitchen, so even if a cake is ordered with dietary needs, there is still a risk of contamination. Macarons are technically gluten free, but for allergen safety I can not guarantee 100% gluten free.
